Are you hoping to obtain your Class D Driver's License in the state of Georgia?  Class D is a Provisional license with restrictions for drivers under 18 years of age.

Certificate of Attendance/Enrollment: Students requesting a Certificate of Attendance/Enrollment to take to the DDS must complete the request form: Certificate of Enrollment - Bainbridge High School (dcboe.com)  Students must request their Certificate of Enrollment by midnight on Monday of the week they wish to pick up their certificate.  Certificates will be available for pick up on Wednesday (of the same week). There will be a $1.00 charge for certificates.
